MDS & OBRA Resident Calendars Needed
Hi, Save your documents under my documents that you want to forward to me and title them so you can easily identify the files. You can send me the files by e-mail. The easiest would be to send them directly to me and not through allnurses.com. You will notice the word attach or attachment at the top of the e-mail screen. Click on that and it directs you to browse. On the left you'll see recent documents, my documents and so forth. Make sure that my documents is selected or else you won't see the file you want to send me. When you see the file name click on that. Next click on open and this attaches the file and you should see it below the subject line. All you do after this is click send and I should receive it. If you have any trouble let me know. Thank-you Please do not post your Email address on the public board as this is against the TOS of the site, which you agreed to when you signed up. Nightmare.....Moderator.

MDS & OBRA Resident Calendars Needed
I'm wondering if any experienced MDS Coordinators would like to share with me the OBRA & MDS Calendars that you use to plot medicare/hmo and long term care residents onto on a daily basis. Some coordinators do this handwritten and/or computerized. EX: resident name, assessment type, ard, mds completed (r2b date),raps completed (vb2), care plan decision (vb4), careplan date, etc. I'd appreciate any help that I can get. Thank-you professional12:wink2:3

MDS PPS and LTC Tools Needed
Are there any experienced MDS Coordinators willing to help me? I'm looking for long term care and medicare mds calendars. I'm also looking for a worksheet or screening tool that is used to assess residents when they enter a SNF for adl indexing and extensive services. Does anyone have a long term care mds tool that calculates all assessment reference dates after you enter the date of admission? In other words, when you enter the admit date it automatically calculates all other assessment reference dates that will be due. I'm interested in all tools related to the mds process. Thank-you
