MD Nurse License Renewal After Voluntary Rehab Stay

Hi all, I am finishing a voluntary residential program for alcohol abuse. I have no disciplinary anything and my Director was floored so there was never any doubt that I was not using or impaired at work.

On Maryland license renewal do I have to declare a voluntary stay? And if so are there any required monitoring? It is specific in every state. My program is in Penssylvania and they are really strict and unusual to me in their process. 

I emailed MBON but of course they have not gotten back and phone calls are not being taken for renewal questions.

Did there end up being a question on the renewal for you to check? I have a friend in the same position.
