This is to organize the questions and keep people updated. I applied mid February and did the assessment 2 days after. I have not heard of anything since then.

Hi there,

I applied late February and did the online assessment first week of March but, have yet to hear back from anyone. Has anyone heard of any updates for the Summer 2014 Residency program?

I applied and took the assessment as well. At the "Career Fair" for GN's they mentioned that they would start setting up interviews some time in March (no specifics given)

I am looking to move to Houston. Can anyone recommend any other Nurse residency programs in the Houston area?

Many of the deadlines have passed. Memorial Hermann's is still open; I believe it closes in April.

i think next week is the last of the panel interviews. i could be wrong, though. has anyone done MD's panel interview, how was it?

They just closed the application on March 7th so I don't believe they have started the process. (Just from the information that was presented at the New Grad career fair)

Thanks texasbred! That's definitely helpful to at least have some indication of when we could possibly hear from them. At the career fair, did they mention how many they're looking to hire this summer?

One rep I spoke to said about 70+ (But said they had not decided on a definite number). They are opening a new unit soon; so I think they are preparing for that.

I got a call today about the residency. I got a voicemail and I called back but got voicemail... pretty sure its about an interview...
