Hi Everyone,
I have recently had my nolle prosequi for shoplifting expunged. I did not have to do any type of community service or pay a fine, my charge was simply nolle prossed. I am expecting to graduate in spring 2018 and from what I have read so far, I think I can still sit for the NCLEX and get my license. However I have emailed the Maryland BON and have gotten mixed responses about what/any documents I should provide. In one email, I was told to just provide my expungement letter. In another email, I was told I did not have to provide anything or address the arrest because my arrest did not lead to a conviction. Has anyone had experience with MBON with something like this? I don't want MBON to think I am lying/trying to hide my record, but I also do not want to disclose any unnecessary information.
Also, what does the ATT or application for the NCLEX specifically ask about criminal records? Does it ask about arrests, convictions, or only arrests that lead to convictions? What must be disclosed?
Thank You!

If you go to the MBON website you should be able to download a paper application that you can review. Should go into detailed wording of what criminal charges you must disclose.
Hi murse factor, I want able to find a paper copy I think you have to actually register to see the form. If you could give me the link or a screenshot that would be great!
