Mayo letters

Any news yet? I heard they were going to meet this week. I am starting to get anxious. I doubt I will hear anything until next week, but was hoping to get something today or tomorrow.

I talked to a current student at church today. He said they met on Thursday and were hoping letters would go Friday or Monday.

Thanks for the info. I, too, was beginning to get really nervous, as I have another school that offered me a position and the acceptance deadline is in less than 10 days!

I spoke with a current student and was not able to get any information.

Nothing today. In previous years the rejection letters have been sent out a week after the acceptance letters. I hope mine comes tomorrow or Thursday. This waiting is starting to get annoying.

Good luck to you. Still nothing in my mailbox, either. I guess one has to be happy that the interview itself was extended. It can be looked upon as a great honor. Think of those people who were not even invited to interview...

Let's just say that it is terrible to open the mailbox and become disappointed when all that is in there is Christmas cards. Isn't that sick?

I do wish that someone would hear something. If the rejection letters are indeed mailed a week later than the acceptance letters...

They did go out. I talked to someone today that got in. I'm hoping my mail was just one day slower, but I'm not thinking so. Guess I'll just have to wait and see.

I called the school today and asked when the letters might be going out. The person stated that they would go out this week. Interesting. That makes it sound like the letters are not out yet...or maybe just mine is not out yet.
