Hello everyone. I recently received an invitation to interview for the CRNA program at the Mayo Clinic.
Does anyone have any advice? or previously interviewed here and would be willing to tell me things you wish you would have known before going? Any advice would be appreciated.

Hey Bud- This(link below) might be helpful. I also think the interview packet they'll be sending out contains some helpful information.

any words of advice? I have an interview at Mayo in a month. Any input would be SO greatly appreciated
Hello- congratulations on getting an interview! I’ll reiterate following the instructions on the packet for the behavioral interview. Draw on your ICU experience and identify situations you’ve demonstrated those attributes. Most importantly; practice, practice, practice and get comfortable with interviews. Your goal for the interview is to prove that you’re more deserving of a spot than the next candidate. If you can accomplish that, your goal will then be to work as a team with your prospective cohort. Good luck!
