Mayo Clinic AZ Nursing Residency Jul 2024

Hey! I just wanted to start this forum for anyone who is applying for Mayo Clinic Arizona's nurse residency starting in July 2024! I would love to get to know you guys and bounce ideas off of each other and support one another in this! I am graduating end of April and plan to apply pretty soon when the application opens. When are you guys graduating? How fast are you taking the NCLEX after graduating? I personally want to take it as soon as possible because I'm coming from out of state. Hope this reaches you guys okay ❤️

I reached out to the ARZHRNURSING email. They reoriented me back to the main website for application windows even after I stated there's no details on the webpage in my email. They did mention application windows are only 3 days in the Summer time. I even called the phone number but the automatic message info dated back to 2022!
 

I am taking my NCLEX this week so I'm hoping to apply to as many new grad residencies in the west coast. Found this platform along the way. My secondary option to new grad jobs will be advancing in my current home health jobs for RN training and apply to some Fertility Clinics for experience. Lots of residency programs require no RN experience though.  It's a tough period being a New Grad!

I found the thread for the group that started the residency program this past February. Based on the comments there it looks like they did their HIREVUE interviews in October and began secondary interviews the end of November. It looked like the entire process was done by early December. If the timeline is still the same, the July group would begin hearing back for secondary interviews by the end of this month.

I applied in June 2024; I received a no for Phoenix and was told to apply in MN. I followed up with an email for advice on improving my opportunities in my hometown of Phoenix. Then tonight I go the "No". Has anyone here experienced this and reapplied? Any suggestions for the online interview process? I felt really weird doing it.
