Members are discussing their experiences with the interview process at Mayo Clinic, specifically for positions in ICU/ED and PCU/Med surg. Some members have received offers, while others are still waiting to hear back or have been denied in a vague manner. There is also discussion about the staffing situation at Mayo Clinic Phoenix and the potential challenges faced by nurses there.
Yes we did but after that recorded interview you should get a second email saying from (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME - PLEASE DO NOT POST IDENTIFYING INFO ABOUT OTHERS) saying something like...
"congratulations on being selected to move forward in the nurse residency program. Please take a moment to fill out the attached unit preference sheet and return to me as soon as possible.”
that sheet has all 10 med/surg units to rate them from most preferred to least, not just three.
I haven't received an email but I did check my application status and it says "no longer being considered" guess I'll try for the next round. Congrats to all who made the cut. If you can share advice on resume or recorded interview or anything to get in that'll be so helpful. I really want to do this program.

Hello,
For those who applied for Mayo's Nurse Residency in AZ during the application window of March 4-7th, & did the video recording interview, have you heard from Mayo for a 2nd interview?
