Marymount University spring 2016 nursing program

Published

Hey everybody! I just wanted some help / advice. I am applying for Marymount university in Virginia for the spring 2016 start with a 3.65 cumulative GPA, a 3.4 prerequisite GPA (they don't look at prerequisite GPA though) and a 72.8% on the TEAS. I am going to retake the TEAS for hopefully a better score ( that was my first time and I could have studied way more than I did). I was just wondering if anyone else was applying for spring or if anyone else got into Marymounts nursing program with similar stats. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Good Luck to you too!

i just received my acceptance package today saying I was IN which was a week earlier than expected. Im more than positive that you'll get in. I hope to see you in the spring ;)!

Hey everyone! There is a Facebook group started for anyone accepted and attending Marymount for the Accelerated BSN program (Jan 2016 start), so just search Marymount University Accelerated BSN- Spring 2016. Cant wait to meet everyone!

That's sooo exciting!!! Congratulations :)))) and I hope to see you there too!

for some reason I couldn't find the fb page

Hi There!

I couldn't find the facebook page for Marymount BSN spring 2016.

I just submitted my application!! How long was it until you all heard back?? I'm already so impatient and want to hear back right away. I retook the TEAs test and ended up with a 77, wish I had done better but it was better than the first time.

Try search for just the regular Marymount University Nursing Facebook page ...the link is posted on there! Let me know if you are still having trouble.

I think I heard back 3 weeks after the deadline

Hi Everyone! I applied for Spring 2016 Accelerated Nursing and I'm waiting to hear back from them. I am sooooo nervous! I really want to get in. I won't find out until Dec. 5 :( since I did the second review. What are you guys doing about living situations?

Hi! I am just curious- does anyone have any information on scholarships, grants, etc.? Being that it's a private school, it's quite expensive. Loans are not an option for me (I have reached my aggregate for undergrad loans since this will be my second bachelors degree) and the school doesn't offer grants/ scholarships to second degree students. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated!

Also, I just received word yesterday via mail that I have been accepted into the Spring 2016 ABSN program! I am very excited about attending!
