Mary Baldwin University (MBU) CRNA 2024

Published

Hi! I didn't see a thread for Mary Baldwin 2024 so thought I would start one!

Also waitlisted but have not heard anything since originally being placed on the waitlist. A lot of schools just sent out admissions August first so was hoping to hear something but haven't. I considered reaching out to the school but don't want to seem desperate LOL. Also not sure how many of us are on the waitlist or in what order they're going

I think it's worth reaching out. My friend that got off the waitlist 1 week before orientation has contacted [MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME]  just weeks prior to see how they could improve on their application. Because she reached out, it put her on the program directors radar!.

Just my two cents

Awesome thanks. I got an interview but haven't been able to look up much about the program. Surprised it's only 20 minutes

Hi! Anyone still lurking (or forgot to turn off their notifications?)

I have an interview with MBU this week and I just have a few questions if anyone is willing to answer them.

Mostly just curious on where the clinical sites are located, can't find any information on that. Please DM me! Thanks!

@R6Chris clinical sites can change but they are mostly located in Virginia and some in North Carolina. You got me, I forgot to turn off notifications!

Thank you for your reply, I sincerely appreciate it! Are there any other states? That seems like a small geographical area compared to schools in the west, where they send you really far!

Rotation site in West Virginia and "loosely" Maryland (unconfirmed if still in use). They still have students coming back to in-person class twice a month, so that makes commuting difficult if they send you far.
