Marian University (MU) CRNA 2023 start

Hello!

I am about to submit my application for Marian University in Indianapolis IN CRNA program. Has anyone been asked to interview yet?

I got accepted as well. I got my email at 9:37 am  central time. I’m so excited and I hope the rest of you hear good news in the next few days! I just wanted to thank everyone on this forum. You’ve all been helpful and supportive. Is anyone already planning on starting a facebook group? I can start one if your interested?

Congrats! A facebook group is a good idea, let me know what the name is.

Congratulations to everyone who got in!! It really is a big deal and a dream to be accepted in my opinion! 

Just like everyone else, I have been so nervous waiting for this email and this is my second year applying to this exact program at Marian University after very much improving my resume.

For the record I have been applying to many CRNA schools for years and this is my first time a school has NOT given me a rejection letter.

I got put on the ALTERNATE LIST at Marian University and I would take the opportunity in milliseconds as it is an absolute dream of mine to become a CRNA. (Probably just like everyone else here). 

Keep your head up everyone and stay resilient & strong! I really appreciate the supportive community here on this forum!

I also got placed in the alternate list! ? at least now we have our answer! Congratulations to everyone that got accepted! And all of us that didn’t good luck in your journey!

I am also on the alternate list, I feel like this changes absolutely nothing hahah I will just be anxiously waiting until the start of classes. I know of a girl who got in like 5 days before classes started. I wonder how many people are on the waitlist? they told me 10 at an info session but it seems unlikely because theres already so many of us in this thread.

Don’t lose hope. My friend said in her cohort they accepted 11 people from waiting list.   I think in the next few months there will be domino effect.  Seats might open up and people would leave that for the other colleges.   Im waitlisted in 2 other colleges which were my top picks.  If I don’t get off the waiting list there then im sticking with Marian but if I get in there then I might give this seat up for that. Im sure there are tons of students in the same boat and seats might just start opening up

Congrats to all who were granted acceptance and also the ones who were waitlisted! If it helps, I have been told that a waitlist spot is not a no. It’s a yes without the available spots. Keep your head up & keep the faith! You guys are all awesome!

He was very nice and flexible since he knew a lot of us were working full time. It wasn’t a bad class, not easy but reasonable for people who work full time.
