I am! So, I went the expensive route and got this apartment in a nice neighborhood. I am new to the area and rather be safe than sorry. I also have two cats and wanted to get a place comfortable for them as well. The money does stress me out, but I'm trying to not let it. My ex boyfriend is a nurse and when he graduated he had 80k in debt from his school. He's now been a nurse for a little over a year and is almost done paying off his loans, but he was very frugal and working a lot of overtime. So that brought me some comfort that it's doable if you're smart at managing your money
Hey Sierra,
The program was a bit disorganized in the beginning but a lot of ABSN programs are. I've been enjoying the program and haven't had any issues with it. It is very fast pace but your professors are absolutely great and are always open to answering any questions. I really like the schedule we're only in person three days out of the week. What has helped me a lot so far is being positive and embracing every assignment given. There is a lot do every week, but don't over think the assignments or get trapped in a group that is constantly complaining.
Let me know if you have any specific questions! I'm happy to answer!
Hello Everyone,
I just got off the phone with an admissions counselor and went over all the details about their Accelerated BSN program in Nashville. So far, all the information I’ve read in this thread matches what was mentioned.
But I was curious about the accreditation. Apparently, it is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association, but I’m not sure if that is acknowledged by even higher learning institutions in California… does anyone know if that accreditation is functional or adopted by California organizations at all?
Thanks!!

Hey everyone!
I recently got accepted to Marian University ABSN in Nashville, Tennessee. I wanted to get people's thoughts? Worries? Also, what are people doing about housing?
