Hi, is there anyone working in MaDocs? How is it working there when you are a new employee? What are the things to consider or anything you can share your experience working in that institution will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I've passed the NAT.. I will be on psychometrc exam on monday :)

Good luck! Hopefully they contact you immediately right after because after the exams, it took almost a month before I was contacted to be interviewed by Mam Joy and HR

it is composed of 80 items multiple choice nursing questions and a 20pt situation in the end.

You can drop by at MDH NSO to submit the requirements and ask them your questions or call them, someone posted the NSO number here so you would know the exact answers to that. Have a great day!

I still have one more interview with the Nursing Director. Hopefully, I'll be able to get hired :)

Are they contacting applicants as of the moment!? I passed the requirements about 2-3 weeks ago but still no feedback. :(

It will take some time because they just recently hired nurses. It took me more than 2 months before I was contacted so just be patient and hopefully you will be contacted. If you joined their training, you will surely be contacted but it will be another case if through their HR.

I actually passed the requirements to the HR. So I'm actually not sure if it is for the 3-month volunteer program or the one where there'll be lots of interviews. :confused:

Oh. You may be looking at September or October for the first interview. This also depends if you have good credentials because some of those I went to interview have varying length of application process. Some passed as early as late 2010 and some, like me, are lucky to have been contacted within 2 months after passing. HR in MDH is very tricky since they receive loads of nursing applications everyday. I'm not disheartening you but through HR is a very tricky and difficult process. Anyway, goodluck!
