mandatory overtime

what are other hospitals doing for call outs etc.We are being killed by mandations and mandatory overtime.We are losing good nurses because of it.Any ideas out there???We want to stop having 12-32 hours/month of mandatory overtime.thanks

One might think that every nurse would want to have the same strength. Something for those that dont to think about
