OMG!!!!!!! New nurse stayed on my old job (Bad Idea) only to get fed to the wolves. I always new I would eventually be taking care of people on a whole new level. I love what I do. Had some issues on the job which eventually got resolved with the guilty party confessing but still lost my job.
I think it has a lot to do with my interview with DHH and my question "Why did the DON & ADON come out to my home instead of calling me in to question me?" well that didn't sit well with someone in office apparently. A month later I was called in and fired . Now this lady is telling the new places horrible things. What pleasure do people get from blocking a persons employment. Like really, I don't understand.
What is the point of enduring all those long nights of studying, strenous clinicle days, yelling instructors, time away from your life and family, and countless headaches only to have someone put a wall up in front of your career. I will not give up I will stand tall with my head held high and face her head on.
