Malcolm X Nursing Spring 2021

Hey there! Is anyone here applying for Malcolm X ADN (nursing) program for Spring 2021? I am a bit nervous. My GPA is 3.0 and I am taking the TEAS soon and hopefully scoring >90 overall. How likely is it to get admitted? Has anyone been admitted with lower stats before? Thanks! 

They are definitely slacking because after emailing ------------------------ she said they never received my high school transcripts so I had to Zoom the Registrar’s Office for them to find it then send it to her. Now finally I've moved to "in progress"! Which is probably too late as it looks like they've already selected people! I'm so pissed! If yours haven't moved to "In progress" Then I suggest you email someone!

Worst case scenario you can always get in the fall!!

I'm so sorry to hear that. I hope you still have a spot for Spring. I emailed the registrar's office before when my transcript was sent via email from my CPS high school. I have heard that Malcolm X is bad at filing paperwork.

Hi Sophie. This is unfortunate. Based on how few signed up for classes today, I think it's possible that they haven't selected everyone. I would keep pushing.

I received a call from the school today after sending emails, it's looking like I'll be in the LPN Spring yayyy! Still waiting on the official accepted though! Hey guys what's the schedule?

Hey guys! I’m supposed to be attending the info session today at 1pm; can someone who’s already attended one help me out? Are they going to send instructions before the meeting? I haven’t received anything yet and can’t get a hold of anyone.

Hi! I attended their session. Were you able to figure it out? Below screenshots are from the PowerPoint presentation. This is only for AAS RN program, though.

Hey! Yeaa, the instructions were in the email I received two months ago when I reserved a seat. Forgot all about checking there ??‍♀️. Thank you so much! I was 30 mins late but thankfully got all my ?’s answered.

Hey. For anyone who has been accepted. Has there been any movement as far as taking the drug test and the TB test? Or is everyone just waiting ? I got accepted on 12/10 . And just wondering okay NOW WHAT? LOL
