Hey there! Is anyone here applying for Malcolm X ADN (nursing) program for Spring 2021? I am a bit nervous. My GPA is 3.0 and I am taking the TEAS soon and hopefully scoring >90 overall. How likely is it to get admitted? Has anyone been admitted with lower stats before? Thanks!

I heard its pretty good job, if I don't get in Im just going to take the rest of the classes for resurrection because I only have a handful of classes I need to apply for their program.

That's interesting. What extra classes do you need for Resurrection?

It's hard not to be thinking about this all the time!
yeah if I get in ressurection in fall id have my BSN in two years instead of just my AAS, so I feel everything happens for a reason if I don't get in!
Do any of you still need any of your coreqs?
I still need Microbiology, I can’t decide if (if I get into the nursing program this semester) I should take it during the first semester, during the Summer, or during the second semester.
I took Biology 226 over the Summer and let me tell you... that condensed class seemed to drag on and on since we met 3x/week on zoom. Synchronously for 4 hours at that ? I can’t decide if taking micro would be worse during the Summer or with a nursing class...
