Making sure I can find lawyers to work with

Published

I am seriously considering taking the Vicki Milazzo CLNC course (the at home study course), but I kind of want to make sure I'll be able to find lawyers to work with when I'm done. Do you think it would be acceptable to call law firms ahead of time and ask them if they utilize CLNC? or if they would consider it? Then go in to some details about what the CLNC could do for them. Just so I could get a feel for the market after I would be done with the course. I'd really hate to spend all the time and money if it won't be worth it in the end. Any suggestions, comments?

Hello and welcome to allnurses.com

Good to have you with us. Good to read of your interest in LNC.

Sure, it is advisable to "scope" out the market. You probably will be met with, "what is a legal nurse consultant?", and you will be spending the majority of time explaining what an LNC is and how we can benefit their practice(s).

Good luck in your decision(s) regarding the career choice.

Hope you enjoy the site here at allnurses.:balloons:
