Can anyone tell me how long does it take to process an application in Makati Medical Center? Because Im planning to submit my resume this month of november...

And are there any special requirements that i need to have before applying?

I need some infos...:typing

Hi! Maybe I could enlighten you guys a bit from my own experience.

Exams:

50% is IQ test, 50% clinical. Situational board exam type clinical questions

Interview:

Perhaps ANYTHING under the sun that covers nursing. From PathoPhysio to ethics and everything. Don't study. I tell you. You'll just block out.

IVT is not a requirement. There's still a training for that once you get hired.

Passing the CETN program is a COMPULSORY TRAINING before getting hired. This is what they told us during our CETN days and probee days.

NLE 2012 passers are welcome to apply. Just as long as you get your licenses, board certificate, board passing and board rating from PRC.

Actually, yes. My school is actually a center of excellence for nursing. hmmmmm

If I am not mistaken, they still consider your board rating and general ave during college. That's the reason they ask applicants to pass their resume, cert of board rating and TOR (as posted outside the HR office in the 6th floor). Any HR Department would want to hire only the best staff nurses for their hospital. Even if you came from THE top performing school, if your average and board rating is not that good, they'd rather contact the other applicants.

Nope, photocopy of TOR and PRC cert of board rating would do :)

Yup, I also thought I have no chance of being called. Just make sure you passed all the 3 requirements and you'll be fine :)

You can actually pass again. I passed one online (resume only) but after 2 weeks, they still weren't contacting me. I passed again, that time, with my TOR and board rating. And I got called :) So I really think it would be better to pass personally. After all, you should really show them that you want the job by personally submitting the requirements. No problem! :D Goodluck with yours too and keep us all posted! :)

That's what I actually did: sent my resume online then passed the reqts after few days. Patience is indeed a virtue I guess. Will just have to wait. Cheers! :up:
