I bought the reviews and rationales just because I liked the way the information was structured in the book. I also like that a lot of it consisted of practice questions and answers and why teh answer is the answer. But I jsut want to ask if you are in nursing school now because I bought the book a couple weeks before our book lists were out and honestly after all the books and their accompying guides I'm not sure how much use I will get from it.
I agree with I love patho about the structure of the reviews and rationals series. Its organized and easy to find things. I bought the patho and the NCLEX-RN of these series and I am very satisfied. I would wait to see where you need extra help because they are a bit pricy and on top of the cost of needed books, its going to be a bit much. I was looking into buying the med-surg one as well but found it was similar to the patho book.
I have also tried the made incredibly easy series and find them to not have enough detail and they are not lying when they say made incredibly easy. However, I do like the made incredibly visual series that they put out. Hth! Good Luck!
Honestly, I like them both.
the Made Incredibly Easy books present the material in a way that is more easily understood, at least in my opinion. The newer editions of the books also have pictures and diagrams and those are great for visual learners like myself. The R&R books don't have as many pictures/diagrams, but the information is very structured. I also like the R&R books for their NCLEX-style questions.

Both series seem to try and do the same thing. Or do they? If so which one do you prefer and why?
Thanks
