This project consisted of overall client care during a 5 day hospital stay based on a case scenario. A multidisciplinary approach was used for the project, providing all aspects of client care.

I'd put the education section first and make it very clear that you are/will be an RN. Even though you have RN in your objective, it's easy to overlook that ... and then the first big thing is your LPN job. The reader might mistakenly believe you are not an RN. I made that mistake as I first glanced at your resume. Someone else could make the same mistake and toss your resume out before reading a little deeper.
Also, it might help highlight the RN if you reversed the phrasing in your education section. Instead of listing the school first and in bold type, then the degree ... perhaps list the degree first and in bold type, then the school. The degee is what you want them to notice first. I do something similar with my education -- in a table format. In the first collumn are my degrees, then a bit of blank space, and the school and year. The degrees stand out that way.
A lot of people don't include objectives anymore -- but your's doesn't hurt anything & it might help clarify your new RN status.
