Hello everyone!!! Just submitted my application, have taken my HESI, all prerequisites are finished, now the waiting game begins. I was looking for people who were also on this journey.

Congrats on the 86!! I didn't realize TODAY was Monday until I saw your reply🙄 what was the most difficult section for you, if you don't mind me asking?

Not sure what it was for her, but A&P was awful for myself, and another young lady I took it with. I just knew she would ace it, but I think she scored an 84. She scored 90's in everything else. I was the same way, I scored a horrible 76, and 86, 90,90, and 92.

Did you guys study mainly from the Hesi review book?

Suprisingly a and p. But I haven't taken that class in over a year, I got an 80 on that part. Math I got an 82, everyone should know fractions and ratios causee I didn't brush up on that as much as I liked oh and conversions too. Lots of conversions.

Yeah I studied from the hesi book. Vocab is taken right from there it seems.

EVERYONE has said the same thing about A&P, so I've been studying from a variety of A&P sources. But I NEVER feel like I'm ready & probably never will feel like I'm ready for ANY exam, even the ones I 4.0. And now that I'm a couple weeks away from the exam, I feel like I don't know ANYTHING!!

But besides A&P, I'm actually worried about reading comprehension. I'm afraid I will take too long to complete this section and I know I have to do this as my 1st section.

& I hope vocab is from the Hesi book or medical terms, but I was worried about this section also.

I am hearing A&P is so broad that it's hard to study for. That's the section I am most worried about along with the Grammer.

For me the HESI book that they offer at the bookstore was very helpful with everything except for the A&P. As someone stated it was very broad. some if the things were things I don't remember even learning about. It had been a year since I had the class, but it still didn't look familiar. The grammar and reading comprehension were not too bad, the book really helped.

Is the math portion multiple choice?

the majority of the math was multiple choice, but there were a few that you actually had to calculate and fill in the blank.
