M6636- I will see you there and I believe that too, just disappointed to be so close. If u don't mind me asking, where did u rank? What was your GPA/Hesi? You don't have to answer if you don't want to I'm just curious where everyone was at.

tt9223 my GPA 3.776 hesi 84 and rank 195. Well I will be praying day and night. If it doesn't workout, I guess thus a way of God telling me something.:crying2:

I made it toooo!!! yay! And I already paid my deposit!!!!...I am sooo excited!!! 3.87 GPA and 91 hesi.

I made it in with a 3.79 and 90 on the Hesi, I already went up to school and paid my $100 to save my spot. Oh and I was 94 out of 423.

Just paid my $100 for Nursing. My 4.0 and 94 paid off... I was tied for 8th!

Funny thing, I was tied for 1st in Rspt. :)

i got in!! 3.82 and 94 on the hesi! congrats to everyone that got in! and i'll say a prayer for the alternates!

also, i went in to pay my deposit today, and found out that you can get your rank by going to the enrollment office! #30! :yeah: can't wait until the meeting in may!!

Can anyone fill me in on the new intro to nursing pre-req? If we get an August start date will we still be able to start or will that force us to wait? Does anyone have it completed? I just heard of it in the last week or so.

I took it in the first part of this semester. It was an interesting class. (HINT: questions in the back of the chapters of the text are very helpful ..) I was under the impression that it was needed before begining nursing courses, which is why I got it out of the way this semester. HOWEVER, someone else posted on here that they asked and were told you could take it concurrent, so you should probably ask the nursing dept. to be sure.

I was told that it had to be completed prior to starting the nursing program as well. So again, you may want to ask for sure. I have taken it the first 8 weeks of this semester. It was a really easy class and yes the questions at the ends of the chapters are helpful!
