Welcome to the site

Check out the international forum especially sticky titled Primer to working in the USA. To take the NCLEX you are applying for licensure and you need to decide where you want to live and then apply to their BON and follow requirements for foreign training. Suggest you read a few of the threads as plenty of advice on that forum regarding working in the US

Please take the time to do some reading here. You are not applying to take the NCLEX exam, there is no way to do that, and it is impossible as there is no application for it.

You must apply to a Board of Nursing for a particular state for license as an RN. You must have your credentials accepted by them, and only then will you be given permission to sit for that exam.

As mentioned above, please read the Primer to see what you actually need to do.
