i am an MA student lookng to continue schooling as an RN

I'm wanting to know the beat route to becoming an RN after I'm done with my MA schooling. I live in Southern California inland empire area. Ive been researching schools but like everything it has ita pros and cons. I'm so confused as to which route is best for me as I will be working while furtheeing my schooling. Any suggestiins as to how I can reach my goals would be great. I have the drive and desire to be a nurse. I've always been good with people and I work better under intense pressure and in fast paced environments so I know being an RN is the better choice for my career
