MA or RI ISU LPN-BSN program

Although the ISU program in MA or RI is not recognized by the state, is there a possibility of completing the ISU LPN-BSN program in MA or RI??? How is the clinical arranged or how do you find proctors?

If you complete the ISU LPN-BSN program in a state where it is not recognized, can you transfer the degree to a state where it is recognized? My worst fear is that you pay all this money for this bachelors degree and in the end, employers wont even look at you...

If the program is not recognized in a state, you would not be allowed to complete the clinical there. You would have to complete the clinical in a state in which the program IS recognized.

This is a distant learning program. You can do your program in a state you wish; however, ISU should be accepted by the state's BRN.

How is the clinical arranged or how do you find proctors? Therein lies the problem. You must arrange for your own clinical and proctors/preceptors. There is a notation that states ISU is not responsible for your clinical rotation. The clinical site and preceptor is your responsiblity and if you fail to locate a site or preceptor, ISU is not responsible nor will you receive a refund should you fail to loate a site or preceptor.
