lvns and hospice care

Hello, I am an lvn and was interested in working in Hospice. I just have a few questions about how hospice works. Is it like home health? Do you stay all night/day or do you just visit for a while and leave. Also do you get to work as little or as much as you want and work the days that you want? What is the pay like? and last is it difficult? I mean im a pretty sensitive, emotional person but hospice does interest me. I dont know if I would be able to handle hospice care. If any lvns out there work hospice I would really love your input. What a day is like for you working hospice. Thanks so much!
