How long did it take you to complete all your pre reqs. Is it possible to finish in one yr, if I take summer and winter classes too?? I'm currently an LVN and I plan going to a bridge program as soon as I complete the pre reqs:(

This is such a broad comment as it depends on many different factors.
1. What (and how many) prereqs the program you are looking at requires
2. What (if any) you already have?
3. What (if any) can be taken concurrently and so you do not have to worry about getting in in that year if you can not.
4. What courses you have to take before other courses (your prereqs may have prereqs)
5. Can you get into the course you need to RIGHT AWAY if you have a chain of classes that must be taken before the others.
My situation is a little different, as I went straight into a full RN program, not LPN to RN. Due to my program's requirements, and sheer luck, I did manage to get mine done in one year. Going full time Spring, Summer and Fall semseters. But I majorly lucked out. Due to not having any science with a lab within the last 5 years, I had to retake intro bio before A&P or micro. So I had to take Intro Bio, then A&P 1 then A&P2. Cant take 2 at same time as 1 or before, cant take either at same time as Intro Bio. So that is 3 semesters to take those classes. I registered late, and I just HAPPENED to go in to register the day after they opened up a new session of Intro Bio. Sciences fill up quick. Any classes that need to be taken in chains like that can back you up, espessially if you can not get into one of them. If you are looking at doing this look at talking to an adviser ASAP and figuring out what classes you need, and if you have to take any other classes before you can take those.
1. Eng 101, A&P,Psych,Micro,Sociology,Algebra,speech or communications.
2. None
3. All of them can be concurrently
4. I haven't taken the assessment test yet so i don't know.
5. I should be able to get the classes i need, I'm doing everything online except for the sciences.
