LVN to RN in Medsurg floor

Hello, I need some insights. I was an LVN for about a year in SNF and now that I got my RN I was hired at the hospital medsurg floor with only 2 weeks  training. The hospital is small with 138 beds but I haven't sign the offer because I was thinking it might be too hard for me since I haven't work in the hospital. I graduated 10 years ago and I'm not considered new grad either. Do you think it would be a good idea to take the offer?Thank you.

I would definitely take the offer and go from there. However, 2 weeks orientation is not enough. I would ask for more.
