Hi everyone! I'm looking for some feedback on a potentital job offer for a position as an LVN in Public Health for the county. So far I've had 2 interviews, and am scheduled for a third next week. The position requires education and screening for HIV and other prevalent STDs. My next interview requires me to perform a 10 minute presentation on the transmission and prevention of HIV. Yikes! Does anyone else have a similar nursing job, perhaps in public health or with HIV/STD screening? Or have any insight on how to be creative with my presentation (they said they were open with their guidelines)?
I currently work in an urgent care setting and have about 3 years experience under my belt as an LVN, none in public health however. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
