1. First and foremost, I would make sure your education section is listed on top.

2. What is a fire safety card? I don't think that needs to be listed under your license and certification section.

3. A lot of your work description is redundant. I would cut out the specific job descriptions and instead include it under your skills section. It is a given that your employer will understand your job role as a CNA and it isn't needed to put that you change diapers, sheets, etc.

Best wishes in your Job Search!

Thank you so much!

I will make the proper adjustments :)

I agree about the redundancy. I wouldn't waste space listing skills that are a given. Of course you can do vitals. Anything any new grad can do should not be listed in your skills summary. This space is reserved for the things that set you apart. Same goes for your clinical experience- people know what you do in clinicals.

Since it looks like it's been over a year since you completed those clinicals, I wouldn't even list out the locations and hours.

I also agree about some of your CNA experience. Keep it simple- assisted patients with ADLs, took vital signs, etc. Don't try to fluff up your resume with unnecessary words.
