This is my first time writing in this forum, so hello everybody! I took my test exactly two weeks ago, and am waiting to get my letter. Being in california, we cant get our results on line...lovely! So we wait.....My test was pretty difficult, with many "pick all that apply" type questions and many disease process questions. My math also kicked me in the but with many conversion questions related to pediatrics. So, all in all, I am very concerned with the amount of questions I had, many of my friends ended at around 85 to early 100's. I ended at 140...So, any advice to calm frazzled nerves???
DONT WORRY, REMEMBER THE NUMBER OF QUESTIONS DOES NOT MATTER. YOU DID FINE. I KNOW YOU GET ANXIOUS WAITING OUT HERE IN CALIFORNIA. I TOOK MY TEST ON AUG 5TH AND I JUST RECEIVED MY RESULTS YESTERDAY AUG 30. SO I WAITED A LITTLE OVER 3 WEEKS. I PASSED THANK GOD. THE COMPUTER SHUT OFF AT 85 AND I WAS A NERVOUS WRECK. I FELT AS THOUGH I NEED MORE QUESTIONS. I GOT ALOT OF CHECK ALL THAT APPLY, PRIORITY, 2 LAB VALUES , 2 DOSAGE CALCULATIONS , 3 MEDICATIONS I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT. TRY TO RELAX AND SAY TO YOURSELF I PASSED AND WAIT FOR YOUR RESULTS.
Thank you for the vote of confidence!
