Hello!
I have passed my lvn nclex in CA and Im thinking to move to Dallas,Tx since my husband got a job there. Im wondering if anyone has the same situation. If i move to Tx and do the endorsement to get my license in Tx. and thing wont work out, can I still do endorsement my license back in CA or i need to take anymore test?
Thanks

You don't give up your CA license to endorse to TX you would have both licenses especially since CA is not a compact state. As long as you follow the renewal requirements you can maintain both licenses. The only way you need to retake the nclex in CA is if you don't work for >8 years as a nurse.
TX will require you to take an open book nursing jurisprudence exam also
