I believe Casa Loma College (campuses in Hawthorne and Van Nuys) still has a part-time LVN program.
Hi. I've def. heard of Casa Loma. Did you attend this school?
Yes, I attended the full-time program at the Van Nuys campus many moons ago (back in 2004/2005).
Oh Good! Did you go to any hospitals for your clinicals at Casa Loma? Did you do the LVN to RN program?
I did the LPN-to-RN out of state. I have not lived in CA since 2005.

Hi. I graduated from Casa Loma this year. I went to Van nuys and they don't have part time programs unless they have started any :-/ but if u live in LA, Casa Loma Van nuys wouldn't be a great choice there's clinical studies out in chatsworth and northridge that's a drive. Unless you don't mind. Also clinical hours switch around a lot. We had a 12hr that started at 6am then 1 evening rotation in Calabasas that started at 3pm. So you have to be flexible and they don't give you much time to inform your job of schedule changes so keep that in mind. However I think other schools are like that also :-/
good of luck and congrats on choosing nursing :-) I've been working since November and so far so good!
