Lvn In Northern Ca

I'm asian LVN who got licence here this year.I'm working with OPT visa now,but I'm just wondering that my job gonna apply for my workvisa??I"m worrying about it,because I like this job here.I'm enjoying.I don't have any degree,I just have certificate.Is that possible to get work visa from work? or should I choose the way to go back school to be RN(BS)? Please give me some advise. Thank you.

Sorry, but you do not qualify for a working visa in the US with just the LPN/LVN license. You will need to complete a bridge program for the RN as soon as you can................once your OPT is done, it is done.

There are no legal routes open to you, only illegal ones for temporary work permits and that will be with falsified documents by the employer, something that you do not want to get involved with.

You must have RN after your name to qualify for US immigration, the OPT is handled thru your school.

Thank you for your reply,suzanne4.IF I complete BSN program,my employer will apply for work visa?,but one thing I'm worrying about is after I finish BSN program,do you think there are job vacancies for RN.Please give me advise again. Thank you.
