LVN to BSN to CRNA

I am a LVN new grad and I DO plan on continuing school all the way until I reach DNAP. I would like to know where should I find work to help build the foundation on the road to CRNA?

You should go to work in a hospital inpatient setting if you can find work there as an LVN. What matters most is when you get your RN is to get critical care experience.

License Vocational Nurse, same thing as a LPN. LVN are only in California and Texas, the rest of the country call them LPN. As others have said you need to get your RN which can be done by getting your BSN if there is a LVN/LPN to BSN bridge. I know there are a few in Oklahoma, not sure where you are located for sure but probably in CA or TX.

I started in telemetry as an lvn and it was a good background. I moved to ga where they allowed lpns in their er and spent time there while finishing adn. Then did bsn online while working cvicu. Its a long road, don't stop the schooling no matter what! Even if it is one class at a time! Don't stop. Good luck
