LVN apply as Medication Aide in LTC?

Hi I just wanna ask if I can apply as Med Aide in a assisted living/SNF/LTC?

You can apply for anything you want.

They won't pay you nurses wages. You won't get any experience as a nurse.

Your parents need to get off your back.

in my state you cannot, because med aides cannot do everything LPNs can

we have different levels of CMAs, but compared to licensed staff, CMA practice is limited

now, there are LTCs which would be happy to hire you for med pass and pay

you CMA wage, but you'd still be held to licensed standards

one of my concerns would be, how it would look on a resume
