Lurie Children's New Grad RN Fall 2015

I was wondering if anyone else has applied to the Lurie Children's new grad residency for August/October? Or if anyone has gotten an interview there in the past any tips would be appreciated! :)

What were your second and third choices?

I know from someone who heard from NICU, has anyone else heard from them?

I have not heard. Did your friend get a rejection or an interview?? I applied NICU, resource, H/O and have not heard from any of them

She got a rejection...so I think that's a good sign for us?!

i applied to NICU too, haven't heard anything yet

I called HR and they said that getting a rejection email from one unit applies to all of the units you have applied for and they already made selections. The person I talked to on the phone didn't seem very knowledgeable but I'm sure what she said was right for the most part

Oh well that is a little confusing.. and also disappointing as I have gotten a rejection from one of the units!

I feel like that's not true...it seems like each unit sends out their rejections at the same time. So if you didn't get one from a unit then I think you may still be considered

I just spoke to HR and he said the rejection is for each unit. He also mentioned that by the end of this week we should all hear something.
