LSU CARE 2017

I am in the process of applying to the LSU CARE program (2017). This may seem silly, but I just want to confirm... The HESI isn't necessary for this program, right? I already emailed the appropriate person with this question, and was told to "look over the admission criteria page "very carefully"... No "yes" or "no" answer. I need to confirm to alleviate some of my anxiety!

Hey! I did my interview last week and just got the email about the essay today. When I went on the websites it states there is a proctored exam- is that the essay or something different?

I got my essay email today also! Going on March 2 so maybe I'll see some of y'all there! I do know that they are already denying people who do not have the prereq grades they are looking for. So they are being very precise with who they choose.

I think they made a spelling error or something by saying "exam" on the website. I'm 99% sure that it's just the essay and a tour.

I got my email for the proctored essay also. I will be completing mine on March 2nd. I look forward to meeting the ones who will be there March 2nd.

Hi fellow applicants! I completed my essay, I am out of state. They said that we will hear back with the final decisions the third week of march!! They are also sending out ONLY paper decisions, so make sure that your address is correct.... Otherwise you'll never know!! Best of luck to everyone doing this essay this weekend!
