LSU BSN program Spring 2013

Is anyone applying to the LSU Traditional BSN program for Spring 2013? I haven't applied yet but plan on doing so. I'm really nervous, I have gone to a couple different schools so I think that my cumulative GPA is around 3.13 but my nursing pre-requisite GPA is 3.75. I'm afraid that my cumulative isn't good enough to be accepted. I'm applying to Charity as well, but my first choice is LSU.

Hey Kp thanks! i literally looked at it like 2 hours ago and it said down for updates. lol.

Also have you checked out the schedule? It seems like it's going to be really hard to have a job and go to school. I'm sure it can be done but from what I looked at we'd be at school monday through friday. Any insight? I'm just trying to plan ahead, just in case.

I will not be working while i'm in this program. I hope to tech at a hospital during the summers after we get CNA-certified, but I don't plan on having a job during the semester. This is probably not the case for everyone though; I know a lot of people who worked while attending this nursing school. I've been saving money in preparation for the full-time-student life, but that's just my situation :)

I received my call on Sept. 7th, Im super excited and nervous because I'm not sure what they will ask in the interview. I hope I don't mess up my stomach twist and turn everytime I think about the interview. Does anyone know what type of questions they may ask during the interview???????

@kp2012 I saw that you said when they called you the two interview options were Sept and October 20? I just want to verify, I'm flying in from Tucson Az, and if it's october I'll just buy my ticket now to save money. If i never get a call atleast I'll see my family.

From everything I read of past interviews, it's only ever 2 interview dates, I doubt any of us will get a call for this saturday since it's so close. It's wierd that it is such a huge gap between interviews. thanks for your help.

@Katmlacy, yes, October 20th is correct. I'll be interviewing that day at 9 a.m. The woman I spoke with said that was the only other date available, so plan for that!
