LSU BSN program Spring 2013

Is anyone applying to the LSU Traditional BSN program for Spring 2013? I haven't applied yet but plan on doing so. I'm really nervous, I have gone to a couple different schools so I think that my cumulative GPA is around 3.13 but my nursing pre-requisite GPA is 3.75. I'm afraid that my cumulative isn't good enough to be accepted. I'm applying to Charity as well, but my first choice is LSU.

They've started looking at applications! My check was just cashed! Yay! I can't wait til they call for interviews. I pray to God that I'm one of the ones that they call!!!!!

So, a few people that I spoke to said that we should be getting a call sometime this month for our interview. I'm so nervous! I hope I get a call. If anyone gets a phone call for their interview, could you please post it that you have?

@funnywintergal, did you talk to faculty at LSU? And when, before or after the hurricane? I wonder if the hurricane is going to delay the process.

I spoke to the faculty at LSU BEFORE the hurricane. Hopefully, it doesn't delay the process. I really just want to get my phone call. :-(

I just called the school they have started contacting applicants for interviews. Has anyone received a call yet...I have not nor was my check cashed...im nervous...ughhhhh...

I just spoke with them as well, and my check was not cashed either but they said that does not mean anything because they are not going in a certain order. She also said they are about to start arranging the interviews and we should get a call within the next couple of weeks, which is killing me I thought she was going to say next week!

My check was cashed today!?!?!?!? But seriously in a couple of weeks I was hoping at least by tommorrow...well I guess we just wait n see..

My check was cashed! I'm sure their office has been inundated with calls from anxious applicants. No interview call yet for me! This is an exciting development though...please keep updating as you learn more, everyone!

Now I'm checking my phone every two minutes! A zillion unfamiliar numbers call my cell everyday for work, which doesn't help ;)

I just got my call. The woman asked if I could come in on September 15th, which is of course the date (for those of you who have been my scheduling drama) I'm out of town for a wedding! The other option they gave me is October 20th. I will be interviewing then at 9 am!.
