LSU BSN Fall 2017

Hello,

I will be applying to the LSU BSN program for the fall of 2017. I know that it is early, but I wanted to get an early start on the application process. I also wanted to reach out to other people who are also applying to this program for the same class. Does anyone know when the application will open (since its due in Jan. 2017)? Does anyone have any study tips for the application?

Dr. Todd said at the info sessions that none of the classes can be replaced, nor can you move ahead. So if you have credit for Ab. Psych, then you will only have 3 classes the first semester of Soph year.

That's probably good too. Start off your first semester slightly easier/less busy than everyone else

I also remember him saying LSUHSC does not offer any humanities, so the humanity credit needed for senior year needs to be done before you get to nursing school. He said like over the summer if you don't already have the 3rd humanities credit.

I also saw somewhere that electives are not covered by financial aid so you need approval to take them
