Why is it every job  I work an RN gets weeks of training with a another RN, but a LPN gets zero orientation and no respect. This is one reason I personally went to travel nursing!

I'd love to know where these places are! When I worked LTC, I was told "here's the keys, there's your cart, if you have any questions, ask someone". Luckily, I managed to figure it out
