Hello just looking for some inspirational stories or advice. How many of you started or will be starting the program or in the lpn program pregnant? What was your strengths and weaknesses on getting through the program? Did you survive? How did you cope with Dr. appts? Feedback needed. Thanks!

Hey, Im currently 8 months pregnant in my second semester and first round of clinicals. It has not been easy being tired, nauseous and in pain, but the thought of finishing my goal and a better life for my children make it worth all the struggle. As long as you have the determination it can be done. My school and classmats are also very supportive which really gives me the encouragement to hang in there until I reach the end. Good luck! :-)

Thanks so much

I started the PN program in October of 2012,found out I was pregnant in April of.2013,graduated with honors in October 2013,took the NCLEX-PN November 25th (36 weeks pregnant),and gave birth to a.beautiful healthy baby.boy December 22nd. I also just landed my first LPN job in January and.am.currently enrolled in the LPN-RN bridge program at my school i previously attended. It was difficult to stay focused.and eat.right.while in school not to mention being nauseated 24/7.and extremely exhausted and caring for my now 3 yr old daughter I had my hands full but by.the.grace of God and my living.supportive family and.boyfriend,I was able to complete my goal and work.towards the next. The sky is the, limit! and you can do anything you set your mind to do! Good luck in all your.successes :)

Thank you so much for the inspiration
