Hello-
I just started the LPN program at the CC. I'm so excited but a little nervous. We have no actual "in class" lecture time. All of my classes are online. I'm taking Medication Administration, Nursing Fundamentals and College Algebra. We have our Lab and Clinical rotations for 4 hours on Thursdays and 8 hours on Fridays. Im a little nervous because I'm not sure I'll get the same amount of information from just studying on my own as I would in an actual class room setting. Has any one else done most of the LPN program ONLINE? How did it go? Did you pass the NCLEX?!

I think you could do it as long as you are self motivated and make sure you do all the reading. I did not know that there were LPN distant learning programs out there.
We had a variety of teacher in school (one each level) and while a few did have really good lecture I feel that with 2-3 I benefited more by reading and studying on my own. It is great that you have lab and clinicals I would learn as much as possible and take advantage of them.
Good luck.
