I don't know of anywhere except Ivy Tech that does LPN, but there is no way to start this Fall in any nursing program that I know of. Ivy Tech is a community college and is very competitive ...here is a link for you to look at http://www.ivytech.edu/indianapolis/schools/health/practical-nursing/index.html
You could however, apply (quickly) and get in and take the CNA class, it is only 8 weeks long (2 days a week) and you have your license the last day of class. You can have a job waiting for you that day in just about any nursing home around indy...pay usually starts at $10/hr. It is a 5credit course, so you could also be doing some of your other pre-reqs too. I saw on your other post that you already have some college, so maybe you could apply for the spring semester that starts in January, but you would have to hurry because those apps are due in by September 1st...and you have to take the TEAS test before you apply. (sounds like a lot, but it really isn't...registering at Ivy Tech really only takes a couple days and you're ready to go...classes start Aug 25 here, not in September)
The LPN program is a one year program AFTER you have finished all of your pre-reqs and been accepted.

Med Tech college is on the east side and they have LPN and Assoc RN.
Good Luck!

Honestly I would say Ivy Tech is your best bet. Its $95/credit hour and they have very flexible schedules for pre reqs at least. I really don't know of any other programs. If there are any, they are probably like IBC or MedTech, super expensive and credits won't transfer.

Another good thing about Ivy Tech is that they usually accept transfer credits from accredited (sp?) colleges. And they have credits that transfer. Another plus is their teachers are awesome! I have not been accepted into the nursing program yet, but I am taking accelerated ANP (anatomy and physiology) 101 and 102 this semester, and i would not have survived for this long without the assistance of the instructors. They have been great!
