LPN-RN Schools or Programs in NYC

Hi Everyone,

As of right now I am an SPN graduating in Oct. 08', I am dedicated to furthering my education to RN for now and would like to know if anyone know of any LPN-RN schools in the NYC area that I can attend. My heart wants to get into an Nurse Anesthetist or NP but I understand with such high goals I will need a strong Med-Surg experience of at least 1yr. I have 2 options in mind to receive the best Med-Surg experience after I graduate. With schools you would have to register several months before classes actually begin so I need a head start. If anyone have any information on schools in the NYC area to further my education to RN and NP I am really interested in hearing about it.

Hi, I am currently entering into the LPN program. I am also scheduled to take the RN entrance exam in 2 weeks and from there I would make my choice on go for LPN or RN 1st.

Anyway, I do know that Helene Fuld has a LPN-RN program. It is in nyc. I believe it's helenefuld.edu

Hello I've been a LPN for 17 months working in a subacute nursing home... i recently took the entrance exam to Helene Fuld school of nursing. i passed:yeah: all exams and will be starting the chemistry:sniff: and math:sniff: in two weeks:yeah:Im excited and scared. not sure how I will work and go to school.... If you havent found a school to further your education, you can look into Helene Fuld school of nursing. its a one year RN to LPN program...
