7 year Paramedic currently attending LPN school.. Having a tough time finding an LPN to RN program in the Cleveland area I want to attend.. If anyone has any input (tidbits, gems) on any area LPN to RN programs it would be greatly appreciated.. I'm attending ATS now and have a 3.6 gpa thus far...

Have you tried Cuyahoga community college or Huron school of nursing? Doesen't ats off a bridge program? The one thing you need to find out is if the pre rec classes that you are taking at ats will transfer to another school like tri c.

bryant stratton has rn program my suggestion is to leave ats they have a not so good rep any more
Yeah I know.... Plus they scumbagged me into starting the LPN program.. I told them I was a 7 yr Paramedic and was only interested in RN.. They said I could just fire right into the bridge after the LPN and didint tell me I had to work as an LPN for a year until I was already half way through my 1st semester... I love my job for school right now and have no interest in working as an LPN.... Bryant and Stratton are worth looking into if I can start a bridge as soon as I get LPN...

I'm an LPN in NY and just got info on a program at Excelsiorcollege/edu look it up on line and call they seem to accept students from all United States..... classes are online .....good luck
they dont have a bridge program at bryant stratton, im an lpn and got to test out of intro to nursing and nursing funmentals, my advice to you is with draw from their program, they rip you off money wise also.
That doesn't seem like a reasonable option... Im already 10 grand in the hole through them and most of the classes I already took wouldnt transfer.. The only thing I can obtain through them benificial would be my LPN license.. Since Im already 2/3rds paid, and half way through the program, it wouldnt make sense... I promise you though that if I knew what I know now, I wouldnt have ever began that program at that school...
