There's no such animal. The didactic (book work) can be done online, but this education also includes the development of clinical skills - which must be done in a physical location.
There are specific requirements that have to be met in order for any program to be approved (by the state) and accredited (by a national organization). However, there is an enormous amount of variation in the quality of the instructors, physical facilities, resources, clinical training sites, NCLEX-RN pass rates, etc. Be sure to investigate everything before making a commitment.
Best of luck to you on your educational advancement.

Excelsior College requires the 3-day CPNE, which is basically an opportunity for the experienced LPN or paramedic to prove their clinical skills competencies in front of one or more evaluators.
