I contacted someone from CA awhile back about Excelsior and they told me at minimum 12 months they will allow you to endorse to California if you worked in another state as a RN. Unfortunately that's a very risky game to play. As much as I would have loved to enroll in Excelsior I would rather just find an accredited school in CA. WGU & ISU are ones that I have my eye on at the moment.
